Elite 3 Construction has quickly grown to become the largest carport manufacturer in the state of Utah. Formerly Elite Structures Inc. founded in 2012, the company changed ownership in 2015, becoming Elite 3 Construction. Our management team has been working in the carport business for a combined total of 25 years. We have a reputation for delivering quality workmanship, on time and as promised. Our clients know they can rely on Elite 3 Construction, to create and install safe, long-lasting new structures and to repair and service existing ones.

All our structures conform to engineering standards and local building codes. We are committed to creating safe and sound structures that can withstand weather-related stresses and expected wear-and- tear for your site.

installation 

Once your structure is manufactured in our metal shop, our team of installers will erect each structure from the ground up at your building site. We take the greatest care to respect and protect the installation site, and to maintain a safe environment for everyone on the site.

fabrication

 We have over 5,000 square feet of shop and storage space at our Odgen, Utah facility and the equipment and know-how to fabricate large-scale and custom-designed structures. We are happy to help you design the perfect structure for your needs – if you can dream it, we can help you make it a reality.
